The Nigerian Super Blog is a free service provided “as is” and without any kind of guarantee or warranty. Its owners reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time and without any notice, prior or otherwise.
For intending and existing Blog owners:
Your use of this service is subject to The Nigerian Super Blog Content Provision and Publication Agreement as enunciated below:
The Nigerian Super Blog Content Provision and Publication Agreement
1. All content, ownership of content and copyrights remain the property of the blog owner/author or content provider as the case may be.
2. The Nigerian Super Blog is provided without a license and does not impose any other license which differs from the license under which the content was originally published at the source.
3. For each post, the content obtained from the RSS/Atom feed of submitted blogs shall be displayed complete and unmodified on at least one page of The Nigerian Super Blog.
4. All content obtained from submitted blogs are stored and archived in the database of The Nigerian Super Blog and are available to the world via search engines and other direct or indirect methods.
5. The blog owner agrees to solely bear the responsibility of notifying The Nigerian Super Blog/The NaijaLive People of any previously published posts which are deleted/taken down on their blogs. On receipt of such notification, The NaijaLive People shall remove such content from The Nigerian Super Blog within the shortest possible time. This does not apply to modified posts.
